Service

BookSync Audit provides continuity readiness checks, product risk summaries, and workflow exports for SaaS and mobile app teams. Results are informational and do not replace security, legal, compliance, accessibility, or payment-provider review.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for having the rights to test submitted URLs, app links, accounts, workflows, and data. You must not use the service to attack systems, bypass access controls, collect data unlawfully, or submit sensitive credentials or prohibited content.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed through NOWPayments. Crypto payments may be irreversible or delayed by network conditions. Access begins after the payment provider and our systems can reasonably confirm payment status. Taxes, exchange costs, network fees, and wallet/provider charges may apply.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may decline refunds where the service has been accessed, reports have been generated, abuse is suspected, or payment-provider/network costs cannot be reversed. Contact support@aigeamy.com within 7 days of payment with the order details.

Acceptable use

You may not resell access without permission, interfere with the service, reverse engineer non-public systems, overload infrastructure, or use outputs as a guarantee of revenue, compliance, ranking, availability, or security.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every continuity issue will be found, that third-party platforms will behave consistently, or that any product will achieve a specific conversion outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
